New Year...praying For A Better Me

2012 for me was a year of inner struggles and fighting my own demons; a year when i felt so alone and lost...yet this was also the year for out-of-town adventures, of finally setting foot in the country's last ecological frontier; of indulging in the unadultered beauty of camotes; of splurging in a weekend getaway to Bantayan Island; of reunions and rekindling old ties....the hills and valleys this year put me through was more than I thought I'd be able to endure. Yet, for every challenge I dealt with, I can say I've pulled through. Bruised and wounded but still whole and a bit stronger,and perhaps a little wiser. I remain grateful to everyone who made this year an awesome adventure, for helping me discover my brokenness and for accepting my imperfections. Most of all, I thank my Heavenly Father for being with me all through my journey. I know that I don't deserve all the blessings...so I'm even more grateful for His faithfulness in my life. I'm ready to leave this year with fondness and welcome 2013 with a brand new Hope.

My prayer is for the Lord to continue guiding me to the right path; that He continue to give me strength in times of trials and adversaries; and most of all He continue His work in my life that I may become the person He wanted me to be.

I pray for guidance, wisdom and strength as I continue my journey in this world for this brand new year.

Above all, may He continue to bless all the people I love and protect those who tirelessly work on spreading His word to all mankind.
