I need prayer I am having problems with someone trying to supervise my staff that is out of her range. My former supervisor would not stand up to her and now he has spread this to the new supervisor. I want the new supervisor to at least listen to my concerns and understand that I do no work for this other person. I want to remain professional and take a firm stance without being insubordinate.
I do have peace about the entire situation, but I want to be able to run my department without someone trying to give me direction without knowing anything about our department.
