the manger we have are not good people to work fore thay cut my hours to 24hours a week 2days and 48hours every two weeks we need new mgmt soon thay are back bitters and will tell on you for nothing try to get people fired i need fulltime job soon .

Lord, our steps are ordered by You and only You. Sometimes we have to deal with things for Your good purpose. Lord, I ask that you give Richard the wisdom and understanding that he needs thru this time. Lord, use this for his good somehow. Lord, Your word also says that if two or more agree in Your name that it will be done (Matthew 18:19) and I thank You for this. I agree in prayer with Richard for the full-time job that You have for him. Until the time comes, I ask that You give Richard the strength and peace from within that will get him thru his work hours.
