New Job

Praise the Lord !  I've joined a construction company recently.  

 
I am responsible for construction safety in the construction company. Some workers & staff members lack of safety awareness. The front-line supervisors also ignore safety and they take no action against dangerous act or situation. The subcontractor's supervisors & main contractor's management always ignore safety.
 
Please ask God to improve the current situation. Please ask God to give me wisdom, talent, leadership and eloquence to manage safety well. Thank you !
