New Job Situation

Asking God for very clear guidance on my job situation. Would like something with less hours, fair pay (unlike my current pay), less stress that allows me to return to my creative pursuits, and where I can overall regain my joy for life. This current situation is causing some depression and affecting my relationship with Him.
