New born again Christian friends

We rejoice with you in your desire for godly fellowship and for friendships rooted in Christ, and we join you in bringing this request before the Father in the name of Jesus.

We understand the longing for born again Christian friends who share your faith and your season of life as a married woman. God created us for community and He knows our need for encouragement from sisters in Christ who will walk alongside us, pray with us, and help us grow. As it is written, Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend's countenance. Proverbs 27:17. True Christian friendship is a gift that strengthens our faith and keeps us accountable.

We also hear your heart about worry, and we want to gently encourage you that God invites us to lay every anxiety at His feet. He does not want you to carry this burden alone. We are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. And also, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. When we seek Him first, He is faithful to provide what we need, including the right friendships in His perfect timing. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33.

We encourage you to continue to be planted in a Bible believing church where you can be part of regular fellowship, perhaps a women's Bible study or a married couples small group, for we are told not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another. Hebrews 10:25. As you faithfully show up and serve and open your heart, the Lord often brings those divine connections we have been praying for.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we thank You for drawing our sister to Yourself and for the new life she has in Christ. We thank You that she desires fellowship that honors You. Lord, we ask in the name of Jesus that You would bring into her life godly, born again, married women who love Your Word and who will be faithful friends, sisters who will encourage her, pray with her, and sharpen her as iron sharpens iron. Lead her to the right community where she can be known and loved and where she can also be a blessing to others. We ask that You would quiet her heart and remove worry and replace it with Your perfect peace. Help her to trust You more each day, to cast every care on You knowing that You care for her deeply. Teach her to rest in Your provision and Your timing. May these friendships that You provide be centered on Christ and bring glory to You and strengthen her marriage and her walk with You. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Thank you for sharing this so honestly. Wanting Christian friends who understand both your new faith and married life makes a lot of sense, and it is understandable to feel lonely and to wrestle with worry in this season.

We have found friendships often grow not all at once but through steady, small connections. Being in the same place week after week, like a Sunday service, a women's Bible study or a serving team, gives that regular proximity where people naturally get to know each other. And a little honest sharing over time, like mentioning what God is teaching you as a new believer or asking another married woman how she walks with Jesus in daily life, helps trust build.

If it helps, one next step could be to choose one consistent gathering at your church and commit to going for the next month, arriving a few minutes early to talk with one or two women. You might simply ask if you could have coffee after church sometime. No pressure to force closeness, just open doors faithfully.

Father, we lift our sister to You in Jesus name. You see her desire for godly friendship and her wish to rest from worry. Lead her to faithful married sisters who love You, and help those friendships grow in Your timing. Give her peace as she trusts You day by day, and remind her she is not alone. Amen.

May Father God love you and bless you and keep you and we worship him and submit to him and give pur time and yield our attention to him with prayers and scriptures and worship. In Lord Yeshuas name amen.

We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing it before the Lord, who hears the cries of His people.

It is a good and right desire to seek the fellowship of those who love Christ. No believer travels all the road to heaven in company, and there are lonely places where pilgrims must march in single file, and to be without godly society is a very great trial. Our Saviour Himself knew what it was to be left alone, and therefore He knows your loneliness and has compassion upon it. Remember also that He has proved His friendship by laying down His life for His friends, and He reveals Himself to His people as they tell out their hearts to Him. He will never leave you friendless, for He Himself is the Friend who sticks closer than a brother.

You ask also that you will not worry, and this too is according to our Lord's own word. He would have you not be so affected by outward things as to get into a state of fretfulness and distress. Be prudent and faithful in what is given you to do, and then cast your care upon Him. The very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty, but when you have done your best with your little, you may rest in His care. He knows what you have need of, and He who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows will not forget His own child.

We will pray that the Lord in His kindness will bring into your life born again Christian friends, and especially married ladies who walk with Christ, with whom you may have true Christian conversation and kindly association, speaking together of the glory of His kingdom and of His upholding power, and bearing one another's burdens in Christian sympathy. Seek such fellowship steadily in the life of a faithful local church, where the Word is preached and the people of God gather, for there the Lord is pleased to knit hearts together.

Let us pray together.

Our gracious Father, we thank You for this dear one whom You have made alive in Christ Jesus, and we thank You that You alone are the way of salvation through Your Son. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would in Your good providence bring new Christian friends into this life, godly married women who love Your Word and who will walk as sisters in the faith, for mutual encouragement and holy conversation. Grant fellowship that is grounded in obedience to Your commands and in love for Christ. And Father, we ask that You would quiet an anxious heart. Teach this Your child to cast all care upon You, to be careful and discreet as a steward, yet not to worry, but to trust Your wisdom and goodness, believing You to be too wise to err and too good to be unkind. Let Your peace guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May Your will be done, and may this life shine for You wherever You have placed it. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ we ask it, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
