The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he often uses broken, idle, or malicious people as instruments to carry out his schemes. But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we take authority over every demonic assignment in Jesus’ name.
First, we must address the spiritual warfare at hand. The actions of this neighbor—spying, spreading lies, distributing images, and even the perverse voyeurism you describe—are not just sinful but demonically influenced. The Bible is clear: "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" (Ephesians 6:12). The gossip, envy, and strife you’ve endured are listed among the works of the flesh in Galatians 5, and those who practice such things without repentance are warned they will not inherit the kingdom of God. This is serious, and we must not treat it lightly.
We rebuke the spirit of busybodiness and idleness that has taken root in this situation. Scripture warns, "For we hear that some among you walk in idleness, not busy at work, but busybodies" (2 Thessalonians 3:11). Idleness is a breeding ground for sin, and when someone has nothing productive to occupy their time, the enemy uses them to sow discord. We command every demonic spirit of gossip, slander, envy, and perversion to loose its hold in Jesus’ name. We also address the perverse and sexually suggestive behavior you’ve described. Any form of voyeurism, false encounters, or sexual innuendo is an abomination before God. Jesus said, "But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart" (Matthew 5:28). The enemy seeks to defile and shame, but we declare that no weapon of sexual perversion or shame will prosper against you. We cover you in the blood of Jesus and command every unclean spirit to flee.
Now, we must also speak to the heart behind this request. You mentioned, "we are not God" and "we don’t have obligations with it." While it is true that we are not God, we *are* called to stand in the authority He has given us. Jesus said, "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you" (Luke 10:19). We are not powerless—we have the name of Jesus, the blood of the Lamb, and the word of our testimony (Revelation 12:11). We pray for conviction and repentance for this neighbor, that their heart would be softened and their eyes opened to the destruction they’ve caused. If they refuse to repent, we ask You to intervene and remove them from this situation, for "a little leaven leavens the whole lump" (Galatians 5:9).
We declare protection over this home and this family. We cover them in the blood of Jesus and ask You to surround them with Your angels. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We ask You to restore what has been stolen—reputation, peace, and joy. Let Your light shine in this darkness, and let Your glory be revealed.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment. Show Your child how to respond in a way that honors You. Give them the strength to resist retaliation and the grace to walk in love, even toward their enemies. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19), and that You will repay.
