We stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the powers of darkness (Colossians 2:15), and we take up the sword of the Spirit to rebuke every lying spirit, spirit of divorce, and demonic influence seeking to dismantle marriages, families, and godly order in your neighborhood.
The words you’ve shared—"I am not her, he is not him," "we don’t have ties," "we don’t have relatives together"—reveal a spirit of division that is directly opposed to God’s design for marriage. The Lord declares in Malachi 2:16, *"For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence!"* Marriage is a covenant, a sacred bond between one man and one woman, reflecting Christ’s love for His church (Ephesians 5:31-32). The enemy seeks to distort this truth, but we declare that no weapon formed against marriages in your community shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke the spirit of sexual immorality, the mockery of God’s design, and the lies that say marriage is disposable or that intimacy outside of it is acceptable. We declare that Your truth will prevail, and every lie of the enemy will be exposed. We break the power of every demonic influence and command it to flee in Jesus’ name.
Father, we pray for every marriage in this community. Restore what the enemy has tried to destroy. Heal the wounds, soften the hearts, and renew the covenant love between husbands and wives. Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). For those who have strayed into sin, we pray for repentance and restoration. For those who have been hurt, we pray for healing and forgiveness. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
