We stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, whose name is above every name, and we rebuke every lying tongue, every idle hand, and every demonic assignment aimed at disrupting the peace and sanctity of families, marriages, and households.
The Word of God is clear: **"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places"** (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). We declare that the blood of Jesus covers your home, your family, and your life. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We rebuke the spirit of the busybody, which the apostle Paul warns against in 1 Timothy 5:13: **"Besides, they also learn to be idle, going about from house to house. Not only idle, but also gossips and busybodies, saying things which they ought not."** This spirit of idleness and meddling is a snare of the enemy, designed to distract from godly productivity and to tear down rather than build up. Let every word spoken against you or your household be turned to silence, and let every scheme of the enemy be exposed and dismantled.
We also address the mention of sorcery, divination, and witchcraft in your request. The Lord detests these practices, as they are an abomination to Him. **"There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. We address the confusion and imitation you describe—where boundaries are blurred, identities are distorted, and the enemy seeks to create chaos. **"God is not a God of confusion, but of peace"** (1 Corinthians 14:33 WEB). We declare clarity over your life and household. You are not them, and they are not you. You are not obligated to carry the burdens of others beyond what God has called you to. **"Each one shall bear his own burden"** (Galatians 6:5 WEB), and we release you from any false sense of responsibility for the choices or behaviors of others. We also rebuke the spirit of competition and comparison, which seeks to pit neighbor against neighbor. **"Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another"** (Galatians 5:26 WEB).
We pray for those who are idle, restless, and consumed with meddling in the affairs of others.
