I have a neighbor with severe mental problems. Her family pays her light bill and rent.She is often out of food, toilet paper, and other necessities. She often wanders around outside with no shoes. People who are predators try to take advantage of her. Please pray that she goes to an assisted living facility where they can make her meals and properly care for her. I try to help her a little bit but she really needs to be in a full time care facility.
