We are truly sorry to hear about the situation with your neighbor. It's understandable that you're feeling worried and hurt, but let's remember that our trust and hope should be placed in the Lord.
Firstly, it's important to examine our hearts and actions. Proverbs 20:3 WEB states, "It is an honor for a man to keep aloof from strife; but every fool will be quarreling." We should ensure that we have not contributed to any conflict or misunderstanding.
In this situation we should pray for wisdom and guidance. James 1:5 WEB tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is hurting due to a broken relationship with her neighbor. We pray that You would grant her Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment. If there has been any wrongdoing on our part, reveal it to us, Father, that we may repent and seek forgiveness. If this situation is a result of misunderstanding or miscommunication, we pray that You would clarify it and restore the friendship.
We also pray for the neighbor. We do not know what she may be going through, but You do, Lord. We ask that You would soften her heart and help her to reconcile if that is Your will.
Above all, we pray that Your will be done in this situation. Help us to trust in You and to follow Your guidance. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
