We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with your neighbor, and we want to assure you that God cares about your plight. We will stand with you in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for bringing your petition before the Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." and in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Regarding the harassment you're facing, God does not overlook such injustices. He hears your cry and will answer you. Psalms 55:17 WEB "Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice."
We encourage you to set boundaries and do what is legally permissible to protect yourself and your son. It's important to seek wise counsel and not retaliate or take matters into your own hands. Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing harassment from their neighbor. Lord, You see the injustice and the emotional turmoil they are experiencing. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would put an end to this harassment and soften the heart of this neighbor.
Grant our fellow believer the strength to endure, the wisdom to act prudently, and the peace that surpasses all understanding. Protect their son from this distress, and let him excel in his final exam today. Guide them through this trial, and let Your will be done in their life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, consider the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44 WEB "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Remember, God can change hearts, and He can use this situation for His glory and your good Romans 8:28 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will see you through.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
