Please pray for my brother ### year ### lost his two best and only friends. Lives alone feels lonely, recently lost his job. Pray for him to give his life to Jesus find a better job and have a family of his own.

We are truly saddened to hear about your brother's struggles with negative thoughts, alcoholism, and loneliness. The loss of friendships and employment can leave anyone feeling isolated and helpless. Let's turn to the Lord for strength and guidance.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that your brother needs comfort and hope. Your brother needs Jesus to turn his life around and deal with the sin of drunkenness. Let's remember that God's heart is for the broken hearted and His grace is sufficient to save and heal your brother from alcoholism and loneliness. Be encouraged by **'Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.'**

**'Do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit.'** Alcoholism is a sin. We are filled with the holy spirit and not wine or alcohol.

Dear Lord,

We lift up the brother of the one who submitted this request to You, knowing that You are the only source of true healing and comfort. Lord, we pray that you break the bondage of alcoholism that is on him. We ask that You reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way, that he may know the love and salvation found only in Jesus Christ. We pray that he turns away from drunkeness and finds a better job that You have prepared for him. Lord, we ask that You surround him with godly friends and a caring community. We pray that he would find a godly wife and build a family that honors You. We ask that You fill his heart and home with love and peace.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
