We join you in lifting up your upcoming mammogram and breast ultrasound to our Heavenly Father, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who holds all things in His hands. Your faith in calling upon the Lord for healing is a testament to your trust in Him, and we stand with you in agreement, believing for a negative result that brings glory to His name.
The Scriptures remind us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh; "because they have called you an outcast, saying, ‘It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.’"* God is faithful to hear our cries and to act on behalf of His children. We also cling to Psalm 103:2-3, which declares, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* His Word is true, and His promises are steadfast. He is the same God who healed the woman with the issue of blood when she reached out in faith (Mark 5:34), and He is able to do the same for you today.
Yet, we must also remember that our ultimate healing—whether in this life or the next—is found in Christ alone. Even as we pray for physical healing, we trust in God’s perfect will, knowing that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). If the results are not what we hope for, we will still praise Him, for He is good and His mercy endures forever (Psalm 136:1). Our prayer is that no matter the outcome, your faith will remain unshaken, and you will continue to testify of His goodness.
We do want to gently address something in your request. While it is wonderful that you are praying to "Our Lord God," it is essential to remember that our access to the Father is *only* through the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in Acts 4:12, we are told, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is by the authority of Jesus’ name that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). So, we encourage you to always pray *in the name of Jesus*, for it is through Him that our prayers are heard and answered.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is awaiting her mammogram and breast ultrasound. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who knows, and the God who heals. We ask that You would grant her a negative result—complete and total health, with no sign of disease. Strengthen her body, Lord, and let every cell align with Your perfect design. Give her peace that surpasses all understanding as she waits, and fill her with the assurance that You are with her, no matter what lies ahead.
If there is any fear or anxiety in her heart, Lord, replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Remind her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We rebuke any spirit of sickness or infirmity in Jesus’ name, and we declare that by His stripes, she *is* healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Father, we also pray that You would guide the hands and minds of the medical professionals who will be conducting these tests. Give them wisdom, clarity, and discernment. Let the results bring glory to Your name and be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
And Lord, no matter the outcome, we pray that our sister’s faith would remain steadfast. Help her to trust You completely, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). If there is a battle ahead, equip her with Your strength, surround her with Your peace, and let her feel the presence of Your Spirit every step of the way.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We thank You for Your healing power and for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ. May Your will be done in her life, and may she continue to walk in faith, hope, and love.
In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We will continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting that God is at work. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and remember that He is your strength and your shield (Psalm 28:7). If the results bring challenging news, lean on the body of Christ for support, and continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word. He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
We love you in Christ, and we are here for you. Keep us updated so we may rejoice with you or lift you up further as needed. To God be the glory!
