We understand that you're going through a lot, and we want to stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that God wants you to be in good health and prosper in all things, just as your soul prospers (3 John 1:2 WEB).
Regarding your health, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8 WEB). The way He healed then is the way He still heals now. He used various methods: sometimes through prayer and faith (Matthew 9:22 WEB), sometimes through actions like applying mud (John 9:6 WEB), and sometimes through intermediaries like the apostles (Acts 3:6 WEB). So, whether it's through prayer, a healing meeting, surgery, or all three, trust that God knows best. Your part is to trust and obey.
Concerning your vehicle, God knows your needs before you ask (Matthew 6:8 WEB). He knows you need a reliable vehicle. Remember, God can provide in ways we can't imagine. Just have faith (Matthew 17:20 WEB).
Regarding your living situation, be encouraged. In Psalm 37:4 WEB, it says, Delight yourself also in Yahweh. He will give you the desires of your heart. Trust in him and he will provide.
About your career, first, it is important to be in Jesus Christ. It is wonderful that you concluded with In Jesus Name at the end of your post. Romans 10:9 WEB says that if we will confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the father except through him. John 14:6 WEB. Scripture tells us Seek first Gods kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 WEB. So, put God first, and He will provide what you need for your career.
Lastly, about removing fear, doubt, and unbelief, know that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18 WEB). God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will help you overcome. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us Philippians 4:13 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister. We thank You that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We pray for healing, whether it's through prayer, a healing meeting, or surgery. Guide them Lord, give them wisdom to make the right decisions, and strengthen their faith to trust You completely.
We pray for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Provide a reliable vehicle that will hold its value, a place to call home, and the finances needed for their career. We ask You and trust you for all of this.
We also pray that You will cast out all fear, doubt, and unbelief. Replace it with Your perfect love, power, and a sound mind. Help them to trust in You completely, in Jesus' name. We rebuke any doubts, fears and frustrations in Jesus' name, and claim the victory. Amen.
