My family is being torn apart by what I am afraid is addiction. Pray in Jesus Name for the demons to let go of FM and for him to be free from them.  There has to be a drastic life style change NOW-something has to significantly happen NOW to get his attention. Please pray that we can work thru this with help and guidance from an outside counselor or therapist.  I am so very tired from not being able to sleep at night…I need peace and rest.  I am so anxious, sad and hurt.  I don't want to lose what we have or our kids to lose each other.

Father, I pray for FM....

Lord,

"Please release FM from their own addiction.

Open their heart to hope, love of self, others and life, 

open their eyes to see they can escape into recovery. 

Make them dare to be willing . . . to let go of drugs etc.

May they let go of fear . . . self hatred  . . .and shame.

Help them let go of hopelessness.

Help them to let go of negative people who drag them down.

Help them to want to leave people who use drugs behind.

Help them to recognize those who really love them,

and cling to them for dear life . . . for their life.

Help them to know that they can have a different life,

a happy life . . . a dope free life . . . a productive life with hope.

Today may they sleep . . . as much as they need to.

Today may they eat . . . and nurture their body.

May today be the last of their drug (etc.) use and the beginning of their journey to healing."

"Lord, I pray Your emotional, physical, and spiritual protection over this person and their family. Keep evil far from them, and help them to trust You as their refuge and strength. I pray You will guard their mind from harmful instruction, and grant them discernment to recognize truth. I pray You will make them strong and courageous in the presence of danger, recognizing that You will overcome and will set right all injustice and wrong one day. Help them to find rest in Your shadow, as they live in the spiritual shelter You provide for them. Let them know that the only safe place is in Jesus."  In Jesus name. Amen
