Needing discernment

Please pray the Holy Spirit will protect me by giving me discernment and wisdom concerning some televangelists I have watched on TV, and received email from.  Some of them are telling me I need to send a financial offering to them in order to get my prayer requests answered, and also if I send them money, I will also receive financial and healing miracles.  I know God asks us to give tithes and offerings, but I am beginning to believe that some of these TV ministers, who claim to be prophets, sent to me from God to help me receive miracles, are trying to take advantage of me.  May I only listen to the Holy Spirit from now on regarding all of this.

that I have asked of You in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and the writer
of this prayer. God let You salvation, favor, deliverance, healing, and protection rest upon each of us.
Bless each of us exceedingly, abundantly, above all that we have ever asked, thought, or dreamed.  
God please honor this prayer over all our lives today, tomorrow, and for always. Thank You. Thank
You. Thank You Lord Jesus for loving me, saving me, and using me for the glory of God. Amen,

Give to a local church if you have doubts.

NEVER give to a ministry that tells you that you need to send them any money for the Lord to answer your prayers , do not even watch them on T V . The Lord does not operate that way .

You already have DISCERNMENT if you are asking this question about televangelists.

Please, Johnny, let's think about this: Did Jesus (KING JESUS!) ever ask for any money to make miracles? He brought people back from the dead, turned water into wine, etc. and NEVER ASKED FOR MONEY. If you ever have any questions, go to the source - your Bible. That will help you to answer "What would Jesus do?"

The devil can wear many disguises, especially on television. Get OFF the TV and go to an actual God-fearing, Bible-believing church. May God protect you, friend.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. God answered this prayer request.  I received mail from Marilyn Hickey, Morris Cerullo,  Don Stewart, and Peter Popoff, and I threw those letters in the garbage, because all 4 if them said I should send them money for seed-faith giving which would almost like guarantee my prayers would be answered and I would receive financial miracles. I will never fall astray again believing anything like this, and God flooded my heart and mind with peace after I threw those letters away.
