Need Your Help

Please help me with something that has my heart broken. The one person that I thought loved me and I for sure loved him. Has truly betrayed me and done some horrible things to me. I feel like I'm dying and it's the end of the world. I can't sleep, I have no peace, I'm hurting so much. I need help an advice. I'm so heartbroken that I want to hurt that person back. I can't think straight, panic attacks, anxiety levels of the roof. I feel like I want to stop living. Help me please

You need to go to God in prayers and talk to Him.ask Him to guide and counsel you.you need to forgive like the way the Lord forgive us.my pastor always say,those who hurt us is not the real enemy,so let us forgive them and show mercy because the devil use them to hurt you.you know what the devil want? divisions,anger,hatred,violence,so do not allow him to use you .we can not forgive in our own strength but we can forgive with the help of Christ.
