My wife and I are trying to sell a house. We lived in this house for twenty one years. We have two children that we raised in this house. Last year we paid the house off in full. We thought this was an amazing thing since we were both raised poor from broken homes. In this house we always put God First and we raise our children as Christians. The youngest will be attending a Christian University this year. The older child now attends a Private Liberal Arts College he also has Learning Disabilities. He feels more comfortable in a small environment and they are giving him the help he needs. We are selling the house because last year we step out on faith and purchased the house of our dream. We said the only way we would move is if we found a house on a lake. We did but in order to purchase it we had to take out a bridge loan. We really need to pay off this bridge loan. Although we had a small 529 college saving plan both children we also planned to help the children out with college. With a new home loan and a bridge loan on the house we are selling the money is becoming very thin. Could everyone who reads this pray that God would send the right family to this house because it was a blessing to us and we know that it will be a blessing to whom ever purchase it. I will trust in the Lord.
