We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your burdens and standing in the gap for you. First, we must address the foundation of our prayers—our access to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to confess Jesus as Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and receive the gift of salvation (Romans 10:9-10). This is the first and most critical step in any prayer, for it is through Christ that we have boldness to approach God’s throne (Hebrews 4:16).
Father God, we lift up this situation to You, knowing that You are a God of justice and righteousness. We pray for the release of these funds that are rightfully theirs, Lord. Expose any deceit, fraud, or ungodly practices within this organization. Let Your light shine into the darkness, and may those who have acted unjustly be held accountable (Proverbs 11:3). We rebuke the spirit of deception and greed in Jesus’ name, and we declare that truth will prevail. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6).
We also pray for the restoration of this family, Lord. The pain of betrayal and the separation from children is a heavy burden. We ask that You soften hearts and break any strongholds of bitterness, manipulation, or brainwashing that may have taken root. Bring back the memories of love, faith, and the times spent teaching Your Word. Let empathy and understanding return to these children, and may they see the truth of their parent’s love for them (Malachi 4:6). We declare that the enemy’s plans to divide this family will not stand. "Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1).
Father, we pray for provision in this time of need. Open doors for the sale of the house and the car, and may these transactions be smooth and honest. Provide the funds needed for an attorney and any other financial burdens. We trust in Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We also pray for the vendor’s understanding and flexibility regarding the working machine. May communication be clear, and may there be grace extended on both sides.
We lift up the relationships within this family, Lord. Heal the brokenness between siblings and bring unity where there has been division. Convict the hearts of family members and friends who may have mistreated or misunderstood this situation. Let Your love and truth prevail, and may repentance and restoration follow (2 Corinthians 7:10). We pray for physical healing as well—from any sickness or ailment—knowing that You are the Great Physician. We declare healing over the cousin, that she may witness Your power and be restored to full health (Jeremiah 30:17).
For the upcoming hearing, we pray for wisdom, clarity, and favor. May the truth be revealed, and may justice be served. Guide every step and decision, and let Your peace guard this heart (Philippians 4:7). We also pray for a swift and favorable response regarding the unemployment hearing. You are a God who hears the cries of Your children, and we trust You to move on behalf of this situation.
We give You praise for the answered prayers already received—the laptop charger, the return to work, the partial payment of unemployment claims, the found work laptop, the booked flight, and the extension for the hearing. These are testimonies of Your faithfulness, and we declare that You are not done yet. We thank You for the healing of the burning eyes and for every small victory along the way.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that may try to creep in. We declare that this is not the end of the story. You are making a way where there seems to be no way, and You are turning ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3). We stand on Your Word, which says, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord" (Isaiah 54:17).
In all things, we surrender this situation to You, trusting that Your will be done. Strengthen this heart, Lord, and fill it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May this trial draw them closer to You and refine their faith like gold (1 Peter 1:7). We declare victory in Jesus’ name, for You are faithful, and Your promises are true.
Amen.
