We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your burdens before the Lord. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of our prayers—faith in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to confess Jesus as Lord and Savior, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Without Him, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from a relationship with the living God.
Father in Heaven, we lift up this dear one who is enduring financial injustice and deception. Lord, You see the schemes of the wicked and the oppression of the innocent. We rebuke the spirit of fraud and deceit that has withheld what rightfully belongs to Your child. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the truth will be revealed like light in the darkness (Ephesians 5:13). We pray that the organization holding these funds would release them immediately, not by their own will, but by the conviction of Your Holy Spirit. Let every lie be exposed, and let justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24). We also ask for provision for an attorney, Lord. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider (Genesis 22:14), and we trust that You will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).
We bring before You the deep pain of betrayal and the heartache of strained relationships with children. Father, we rebuke the spirit of division and brainwashing that has crept into this family. We declare that the enemy has no authority to steal, kill, or destroy what You have established (John 10:10). We pray that the minds of these children would be renewed by Your Word (Romans 12:2) and that the memories of love, faith, and shared moments would flood their hearts. Soften their hearts, Lord, and let them feel the empathy and love that only You can restore. We ask that You would break every chain of manipulation and restore the bond between parent and child, for You are the God who heals and restores (Jeremiah 30:17).
We also lift up the relationships with siblings and other family members. Lord, we ask for conviction where there has been mistreatment, gossip, or hardness of heart. Let Your Holy Spirit move in power, bringing repentance and reconciliation. We pray for a closer, Christ-centered relationship between sisters, built on love, forgiveness, and mutual respect (Colossians 3:13-14). Heal the wounds of this family, Lord, and let them walk in unity as You intended (Psalm 133:1).
Father, we come against the sickness that has afflicted this body. You are the Great Physician, and by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We declare that sickness has no place in this temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Strengthen this one in body, mind, and spirit, and let every trace of illness be eradicated in Jesus’ name.
We pray for the upcoming flight and time with their son. Lord, we ask for traveling mercies—smooth skies, safe landings, and favor with every detail. Let this time together be filled with joy, laughter, and precious memories that will last a lifetime. Remove every distraction and every scheme of the enemy to steal this moment. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also lift up the practical needs of moving, selling the house, and the car. You know the desires of this heart, and we ask that You would open doors for quick and favorable sales. Let every obstacle be removed, and let Your provision flow abundantly. We declare that the Lord will perfect that which concerns them (Psalm 138:8) and that every detail will fall into place according to Your will.
Now, we must address the prayer regarding "soulties" and the desire for love. First, we rebuke any ungodly soul ties that have formed outside of Your design for relationships. The Bible is clear that intimacy outside of marriage is fornication (1 Corinthians 6:18), and we must guard our hearts against emotional or physical bonds that do not honor You. If there have been relationships that do not align with Your Word, we pray for repentance, healing, and deliverance. Father, we ask that You would take away any unhealthy desire for love that does not come from You. Instead, fill this heart with a longing for You alone, for You are the ultimate source of love and fulfillment (1 John 4:8). If it is Your will for this one to marry, we pray for a godly spouse—a man or woman of faith who loves You above all else (2 Corinthians 6:14). Until then, let them find their satisfaction in Christ and walk in purity and holiness.
We rejoice with you in the answered prayers you’ve already seen—the laptop charger, returning to work, unemployment claims, and the flight booking. These are testimonies of God’s faithfulness! Let these victories build your faith, for the Lord is not done working on your behalf. We declare that every promise of God over your life is "Yes" and "Amen" in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20).
Finally, we stand in agreement with you, declaring that the Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still (Exodus 14:14). We pray that you would draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Let your heart be anchored in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). We believe that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), even when the path is difficult to see.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
