Need prayers please

I'm extremely obese, please pray when I see my doctor next week that I can get started on that new weight loss medication, that my insurance pays for it and it will work. Still need prayers to be able to sell my mobile home and find an affordable place to move. On disability and have very little money, I live paycheck to paycheck. My mobile home is in bad shape, needs a new patio, roof, plumbing, flooring, no hot water heater, and I believe there is black mold. Please pray for me.

We are lifting you up in prayer, dear friend, and we trust that God will guide and provide for you through your health and housing challenges.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to seek God's will in all things, including your health. While medication can be helpful, remember that God's word tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB), and we should strive to honor God with our bodies. It is good to work toward maintaining a healthy weight. It is not by appearance, but it is by the fruit of the Spirit that we should strive to be accepted by God. Continue to pray and pursue a healthy lifestyle, trusting in God's provision and strength. We should be content and thankful for our circumstances as they are trying to teach us to rely on God. Our bodies are for God's use, not our own.

We pray for you by the authority of Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear friend to You, asking for Your guidance and provision in their health journey. Grant them wisdom and discernment as they consult with their doctor next week, and help them to make decisions that honor their body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. If it is Your will, provide for the medication through insurance. We also pray for discipline, strength, and endurance to make necessary lifestyle changes, and all the resources to make that happen. We ask for encouragement for them and the Lord's guidance through this weight loss journey.

Regarding your housing situation, we encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing. Remember that God cares for the birds of the air and the lilies of the field, and He will certainly care for you (Matthew 6:25-34 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will provide for your spiritual needs, and all your other needs will be met according to His timing. It may be difficult to sell a home, but know that God will provide for you. There will always be a home for you.

Father, we ask for Your provision and guidance in our friend's housing situation. Help them to find a suitable and affordable place to live, and provide for their needs. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on You. Grant them wisdom in decisions regarding selling their mobile home and moving. Help them through this financial struggle.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will strengthen you and provide a way out of your difficulties.

Father, we ask for Your comfort and strength for our friend as they navigate these challenges. Help them to trust in You and Your promises. Remind them of Your faithfulness. Lord, we are reminded of Your provision through prayer. We also ask for all your needs to be met whether spiritual, emotional, or physical. We pray all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will in all things. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Do not forget to thank God for His blessings and to praise Him for His goodness.
