We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this time of examination and financial struggle. First, we must address the mention of praying to "the lord Prophet." Scripture is clear that there is only one Lord, and that is Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). We must rebuke any notion of praying to or through any other name, as this is not aligned with God’s Word.
Now, we lift up these exams—both the public exam and the NEET exam—before the Lord. We know that wisdom comes from God, and we ask that He grant clarity of mind, focus, and understanding. The Bible tells us, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5). We pray that the Lord would open the mind to retain knowledge, calm the nerves, and grant favor in the sight of those who will grade these exams. We do not pray for "full marks" as an idol or a demand, but we ask that God’s will be done in this season. Success is not measured by marks alone, but by faithfulness to God’s purpose.
We also lift up the financial struggles of this family. The Lord knows the needs before we even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He promises to provide for His children. *"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We pray for provision—whether through unexpected opportunities, wisdom in stewardship, or divine intervention. We ask that the Lord would open doors for sustainable income and break the spirit of lack over this household. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and declare that this family will walk in the abundance of God’s provision, not for greed, but for His glory and their well-being.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You would go before this student in their exams. Calm their heart, steady their hand, and fill their mind with Your peace. We declare that fear has no place here, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for supernatural recall of all that has been studied and for divine favor in the grading of these exams.
Lord, we also lift up this family’s financial needs. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We ask that You would meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide opportunities for this family to walk in financial freedom. We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare that this family will be a testimony of Your provision. Let them not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let their requests be made known to You (Philippians 4:6).
We pray for salvation if this student or their family does not yet know You as Lord and Savior. Draw them to Yourself, Lord. Let them know that Jesus Christ died for their sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day so that they might have eternal life (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). May they confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, and they will be saved (Romans 10:9).
We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we declare that this season will be one of breakthrough, provision, and divine favor. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
