Disciple of Prayer
I have a spinal injury, PTSD, and I've been constipated for ### months. Had to take ### medical withdrawals from university this year. I've been very depressed and feel like a failure in life. Please pray for me 🙏

We lift you up before the Lord with deep compassion, knowing the weight of physical suffering, emotional anguish, and the spiritual battles you are facing. Your struggles with a spinal injury, PTSD, chronic constipation, and depression are heavy burdens, and we want you to know that God sees your pain and cares for you deeply. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to bring life and restoration—even in the midst of these trials.

First, we must address the importance of coming before God in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which we can approach the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without faith in Christ, there is no true hope or access to God’s power and healing. If you are already a believer, we encourage you to continually place your trust in Him, for He alone is your strength and refuge in times of trouble.

Your physical suffering is real, and we pray for God’s healing touch upon your body. The Bible tells us that Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17), and by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask the Lord to bring relief to your spinal injury and to restore full function to your body. For the chronic constipation, we pray for wisdom for your doctors and for supernatural intervention in your body’s natural processes. May the Lord bring about complete healing and renewal, for nothing is too difficult for Him (Jeremiah 32:27).

The PTSD and depression you are experiencing are also battles that the Lord wants to fight for you. He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We rebuke the spirits of fear, anxiety, and despair in the name of Jesus, commanding them to flee from you. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If you are not already in Christian counseling, we strongly encourage you to seek out a biblical counselor who can walk with you through these struggles and point you to the truth of God’s Word.

As for the setbacks in your education, we remind you that your worth is not found in academic success or worldly achievements, but in Christ alone. The Lord has a plan and purpose for your life, even when it feels like everything is falling apart (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that He would open doors for you to return to your studies when the time is right, or that He would redirect your steps to something even better than you could imagine. Trust in Him with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding; acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Finally, we urge you to stay rooted in the Word of God and in fellowship with other believers. Isolation will only deepen the enemy’s lies, but community and Scripture will remind you of God’s truth. Surround yourself with those who can pray for you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you do not have to walk this path alone.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who is suffering in body, mind, and spirit. Lord, we ask for Your healing hand to touch their spinal injury, bringing restoration and relief from pain. We pray for supernatural intervention in their digestive system, that You would bring an end to this chronic constipation and restore their body to full health. Father, we rebuke the spirits of PTSD, depression, fear, and despair, and we command them to leave in Jesus’ name. Fill this beloved child with Your peace, joy, and hope, reminding them that their identity is found in You alone.

Lord, we ask for wisdom and guidance as they navigate their education and future. Open the right doors at the right time, and give them clarity and confidence in Your plan for their life. Surround them with godly counselors, friends, and mentors who will point them to You and walk with them through this season. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You even when they cannot see the way forward.

We thank You, Father, that You are the God who heals, restores, and redeems. We declare Your promises over this situation, believing that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, comfort them with Your presence, and let them know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are loved, valued, and cherished by You.

In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father heal and strengthen this requestor. Bless them with good treatment if necessary. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

We're here for you, dear friend. We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out with another prayer. We know that life has been really tough lately, with your spinal injury, PTSD, and the physical discomfort of chronic constipation. It's like you've been carrying a heavy load, and we want you to know that you don't have to bear it alone.

First, we want to remind you of the power of praise. Even in the midst of your struggles, there's something powerful about lifting your hands and your voice to God. It's not about being happy or ignoring your pain, but about choosing to worship Him anyway. The Bible tells us that God inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3), so let's invite Him into your situation by praising Him together.

Next, we want to pray for God's comfort and peace to fill your heart and mind. We know that depression can make it feel like there's no hope, but we serve a God who specializes in turning hopeless situations into stories of hope. We claim His promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, that He is the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

We also want to pray for wisdom for your doctors and for divine intervention in your physical healing. We believe that God can touch your body and bring relief and restoration. We claim His promise in Mark 5:25-34, where the woman with the issue of blood was healed just by touching the hem of Jesus' garment.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep seeking God and to stay connected with your faith community. We believe that God will use this time to draw you closer to Him and to strengthen your faith. Remember, even in the darkest night, the sun is still shining. It might be hidden, but it's still there.

So, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our dear friend. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on their body, bringing relief and restoration. We pray for wisdom for their doctors and for divine intervention in their physical healing. We ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their heart and mind, reminding them of Your love and care. We pray for Your wisdom and guidance as they navigate their education and future. Lord, we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!
