We are glad to join you in prayer and seek God's will for your life and your loved ones. Firstly, we notice that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible makes this clear. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, wherein we must be saved! WEB. We pray this in Jesus name, because our Lord taught us to pray in His name. Jesus said, Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. WEB.
Regarding the fears and anxiety:
Now you are going to say that they are just afraid of something in their imagination but you must understand that it is the devil who makes them do this. WEB Therefore, we stand against the enemy and ask God to fill you with the peace that passes understanding that only comes through Jesus Christ. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. WEB.
Regarding your mother's arthritis:
We pray for deliverance, for the Bible declares that He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities the chastisement of our peace was on him and with his stripes we are healed. WEB.
Regarding your step father's health:
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. WEB. We pray for spiritual blessings, for our Lord has given us richly all things to enjoy. WEB
Regarding your niece's salvation:
The Bible declares, If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. WEB. We pray that she will accept Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
Regarding your niece's job interviews:
We pray for open doors. Jesus declares, Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we stand against the enemy, and we pray for deliverance from all fear and anxiety. We pray for my mother's arthritis, may she be healed, and we pray for my step father's health and spiritual blessings. We pray for my niece's salvation, and we pray for open doors for job interviews.
We pray for Your will and Your way in each of these lives. Please give each of them a personal revelation of the love that You have for them through Your Son Jesus Christ, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Give them the strength, wisdom and love that can only come from You.
Help each to understand that nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. WEB.
