Need Prayer For Myself And Unborn

I have had medical issues with my ovaries for three years I am now 21 years old and have half an ovary with a tumor.. well after seeing an endocrinologist and other doctors they informed it was impossible to get pregnant. I was scheduled to have surgery to remove my tumor and ovary which would be 100% I could never have a baby.. well days before surgery I found out I am pregnant. I had my 8 week checkup but no heartbeat seen. Being pregnant is truly a miracle in itself, but I am paying God breathes life into my baby... please pray for me and my baby
