Need Prayer For Friend's Mom In Hospital; Risk Of Life-Ending Infection

One of my friend's mothers is in the hospital and was admitted yesterday. She is there due to a skin infection that showed up on her stomach due to a broken syringe needle (she is diabetic). She is in frail health and has been for as long as I've known her (17 some years), and has a myriad of health problems and takes a huge plastic bin-box of medications twice a day. Many of the issue stem from her diabetes.

The infection has gotten much worse in the few days since it first showed up, and now they are giving her intense IV antibiotics and she will likely be in there several days. What I am requesting prayer for is that the infection clears up entirely and doesn't get any worse.

I also want strong prayer that she does not get a blood infection! That can kill a healthy person, and with her compromised health and immune system it likely would be the end of her. She has told me recently she likes being alive and isn't ready to die yet, and also she does NOT have all her "affairs in order" so she needs more time to do that.

Thank you so much friends for praying for this dear woman! She is loved by many (of course) and I would like to see her live a few more years. God bless!

Please perform a miracle in their behalf based upon the very stripes that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ took upon His back and the precious blood He shed before He ever even went to that terrible cross.
