We are deeply concerned to hear about the spiritual attacks and torment you are experiencing, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this battle. The voices you are hearing are not from God, for He is a God of truth, love, and order, not confusion or self-exaltation. The Bible warns us that Satan and his demons seek to deceive, oppress, and destroy, but we have authority in Jesus Christ to resist and overcome these forces. Let us turn to Scripture to ground ourselves in truth and find the path to your deliverance.
The apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6:12, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* You are experiencing a spiritual battle, but take heart, for Jesus has already won the victory. In Luke 10:19, He declares, *"Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."* This authority is yours through faith in Christ, and we will stand with you in prayer to see this oppression broken.
The voices you hear claiming divinity or power are lies from the enemy. Satan has always sought to exalt himself as a god, just as he tempted Eve in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:5) and as he tried to tempt Jesus in the wilderness (Matthew 4:8-9). But we know from Isaiah 45:5, *"I am Yahweh, and there is no one else. Besides me, there is no God."* Any voice that contradicts this truth is not from the Lord. We must reject these lies and declare the supremacy of Christ over every power and principality.
It is also important to address the fear and suspicion you have toward others in your town. While it is possible that there are people involved in witchcraft, we must be careful not to let fear or accusation rule our hearts. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Instead of focusing on the enemy’s schemes, let us fix our eyes on Jesus, who is our Deliverer and Protector. Psalm 91:9-11 assures us, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*
We must also emphasize the importance of inviting Jesus into this battle. You did not mention His name in your request, and we want to gently remind you that there is no other name by which we can be saved or find deliverance. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not already surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and place your trust in Him alone. Romans 10:9-10 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."*
If you are already a believer, then we encourage you to stand firm in your faith, putting on the full armor of God as described in Ephesians 6:10-18. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Prayer is your lifeline—pray in the Spirit at all times, and be watchful in the same.
Now, let us pray together for your deliverance, protection, and spiritual strength:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is under spiritual attack. Lord, we ask that You surround him with Your divine protection and break every curse, spell, or assignment of the enemy against his life. We rebuke the voices of deception and self-exaltation that are tormenting him, and we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we ask that You expose and dismantle every work of darkness that has been directed toward him, whether through people or spiritual forces. Let Your light shine into every hidden place and let Your truth set him free (John 8:32).
We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit, that he would be empowered to resist the devil and watch him flee (James 4:7). Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let him rest in the assurance that You are his Refuge and Strength (Psalm 46:1). Lord, we ask that You sever every ungodly soul tie or connection to witchcraft, whether through generational curses, past involvement, or the actions of others. We declare that he is Your child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and no longer under the authority of darkness.
Father, we also pray for discernment. Help him to recognize Your voice above all others and to walk in wisdom and authority. If there are people in his life or community who are involved in witchcraft, we ask that You either remove their influence or save them and bring them to repentance. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in his life, Lord.
We thank You, Father, for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ. We declare that he is free, delivered, and walking in the fullness of Your purpose for his life. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let him know that he is not alone—You are with him, and so are we, his brothers and sisters in Christ. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we strongly encourage you to seek out a mature, Bible-believing church or pastor who can walk with you through this season. Deliverance is often a process, and having godly support and accountability is crucial. Avoid isolation, and surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and speak life into your situation. If you are not already in the Word of God daily, we urge you to immerse yourself in Scripture, for it is the sword of the Spirit and your greatest weapon against the enemy’s lies.
You are not defined by the voices you hear or the attacks you face. You are defined by Christ and His love for you. Stand firm, and do not give the enemy a foothold. We are praying for you and believe that God is moving mightily on your behalf. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and trust that He will bring you through this victorious.
