My Daughter moved in with me and my husband in 10/11 with her husband and two kids . I had an extra room so we agreed to rent it too them and the boys sleep with me in the livingroom. To make a long story short they seem to have become so comfortable that they are not looking to move the husband takes off a least eight to ten days a month from work to stay at home to play video games. I cry all the time because i was trying to help them and now they are taking advantage of us. Please pray for me I feel so helpless sometimes I just want to leave and never returning back but I wont do that to the boys. What can I do ??????? Im very depressed.

Tell them they have a time limit...and so be it! Lord open doors of opportunity for them to get good stable jobs and get their own place in Jesus name...Did you leave an open door when they moved in? if so explain to them, still, it simply is not working for you them living there that your days of young crazy families is long past...and you are seeking tranquility...you don't have to say anything in frustration just in firmess that they are going to have to make other plans..I get that your grandchildren are there but if they have no respect for your home then I'm feel they have placed themselves in this position. It is easy to leach off of others even unintentionally...and if you can can you do you have a basement...make an apartment for them downstairs and let them fix it up to live in...let the boys sleep upstairs and demand rent...just because we are mothers God frowns on enabling our children and I believe is not pleasing in HIS sight...so pray and do your time is over for providing for your children...that is the circle of life...soon they should be taking care of YOU according to the word of God...GOD does not bless laziness why should you? Go in Jesus name and let God speak...in Peace

Lord I pray for this couple that seems to be generous with helping there daughter out, yes Lord you see this situation and understand the brevity of there circumstances, its hard to go with the love and generosity when you are being used, Lord I know you will bring this to a closure, that this type of problem that can make others feel like a welcome mat is not the way, I pray that boldness and tough love comes into this, that if this must be applied I pray that the words of wisdom will filter through them to allow those who are taking advantage of their good nature be brought to the surface through the love and admonition of the Lord amen
