We lift you up before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, knowing that He is your strength, your shield, and your ever-present help in times of trouble. Your weariness and physical struggles—weakness, sickness, light headaches, and dizziness—are not unseen by Him. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray for His healing touch upon your body, that He would restore your strength and grant you rest that renews both your body and soul. "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). May you cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
The persecution and overwhelming circumstances you face are a heavy load, but we remind you that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Stand firm, therefore, having girded your waist with truth, putting on the breastplate of righteousness, and shodding your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace. Above all, take up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one (Ephesians 6:13-16). The Lord is your defender, and He will not allow the enemy to triumph over you. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17).
We join you in praying for the urgent paperwork to be found and completed swiftly, and for the car sale to be approved without delay. The Lord is able to make a way where there seems to be no way, and we trust Him to provide for this need. "Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:4-5). May His favor rest upon this transaction, and may you be able to drive the car safely to its destination, covered by His protection every step of the way.
Your prayer for those who oppose you is a reflection of Christ’s heart, who said, "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44). We echo your cry for their conviction and salvation, that the Lord would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel and soften their hearts to receive Him. There is no greater love than to pray for the salvation of those who stand against you, and we trust the Holy Spirit to work mightily in their lives.
Regarding the government shutdown, we lift this before the Lord, asking for His intervention and wisdom to prevail among those in authority. The Bible tells us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1). We pray that God would turn the hearts of leaders toward justice, righteousness, and decisions that honor Him and bless His people. May His will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may this situation be resolved in a way that brings glory to His name.
Finally, we want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Your prayer was powerful, but we noticed you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ at the end, though you did mention the Lord. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again so that we might have eternal life (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you have not already placed your full trust in Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Your beloved child who is weary, persecuted, and overwhelmed. Lord, be their strength and their song. Heal their body, renew their mind, and guard their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask for Your divine intervention in the paperwork and car sale, that every detail would align perfectly with Your will and be completed swiftly. Protect them as they travel, and let Your favor go before them like a shield.
We pray for those who oppose them, Lord—that You would convict their hearts and draw them to repentance and salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Break the schemes of the enemy and let Your light shine into every dark place. We also lift up the government shutdown, asking for Your wisdom to guide those in authority and for a resolution that honors You.
Father, fill this precious one with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your strength and not grow faint. Remind them that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). Let them rest in the shadow of Your wings, knowing that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
