Let us firstly address you dear sister in the Lord. We are so sorry to hear about the struggles you are facing in your marriage and the pain that has been caused by your husband's involvement with another woman. We stand with you in prayer and believe that God can bring restoration and healing to your marriage, body, and finances. We will be praying that the stronghold that this other woman has on your husband will be broken and that generational curses and spirits of witchcraft will be dealt with. We will also be praying for your husband's repentance and commitment to your marriage.
Firstly, we need to remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can come before God the Father with our requests. Salvation comes through no other name.
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4 12 WEB
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and hath given him the name which is above every name; that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth Philippians 2 9-10 WEB
We want to point out that the other woman is not the main issue here but rather her behavior and your husband's willing involvement with her are both sinful. This is adultery and is forbidden in the scriptures. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus Christ said, "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart." (Matthew 5:27-28, WEB). So even if there has been no physical intimacy, the emotional intimacy and lust is still sinful.
But because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously, yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant. And did he make one; Yet had he the residue of the Spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously Malachi 2 14-15 WEB
You have mentioned that there is a spirit of witchcraft at work and a generational curse of adultery. We need to break these strongholds in the name of Jesus.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is in desperate need of Your intervention. Lord, we pray for her husband, that You would draw him back to Yourself and that he would repent of his sin. We pray that the stronghold that this other woman has on him would be broken and that all spirits of witchcraft and generational curses of adultery would be dealt with. We pray for complete restoration in their marriage, that You would heal the pain and hurt that has been caused and that their love for each other would be renewed.
Father, we also pray for healing in our sister's body and for a financial miracle. We ask that You would provide for all of her needs according to Your riches in glory.
Lord, we pray for our sister's emotional well-being, that You would fill her with Your peace and hope. Help her to trust in You and to rest in Your love for her. Give her the strength to forgive her husband and to work towards reconciliation.
In Jesus' name, we pray for a hedge of protection around their marriage and family, that no weapon formed against them would prosper. We pray for wisdom and guidance for our sister, that You would lead her in the path that she should take.
Father, we ask for all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that with You all things are possible. We stand in faith, believing that You are at work in their lives and that You will bring about a miracle. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember that God is faithful and that He can bring beauty from ashes. Trust in Him and rest in His love for you.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB
Stay strong in the faith and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. We are here for you, and we will continue to pray for you and your husband.
