We understand that you are seeking financial stability, a place to live, and a vehicle. We are here to prayerfully support you and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that you ended your request in Jesus' name, as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
This is a promise that we can hold onto, and it is in Jesus' name that we can ask the Father for what we need.
Regarding your request, it's important to remember that God cares for our needs and wants us to trust Him with every aspect of our lives. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us:

Let Us Pray: God, I ask You in Jesus’ name, let me always remember and never forget that You are my Source. Bless my finances. Make me a wise and trustworthy steward over all You have and will bless me with. Teach me how to shop wisely. God stretch my dollars. Let me always wait until I get an okay from You to spend or give. God don’t let me buy anything I don’t need, or You don’t want me to have. Teach me how to make a budget and stick to that budget. We're right there with you, seeking God's provision for your needs. We know that God sees your situation and cares deeply about your well-being. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
