Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray at all times in the Spirit, and stay alert with perseverance. The enemy may prowl like a roaring lion, but resist him, firm in your faith (1 Peter 5:8-9).
