Need encouragement.

I feel completely defeated in my job search. I’ve applied to every job that I can think of and it’s either rejections or pure silence. Father in Heaven where do you want me to work? Do you want me to work again? I applied for janitorial/cleaning and temp jobs. Please in Jesus name help me. I’m desperate. The health issues, employment issues and housing issues are overwhelming. I tried I need encouragement from the prayer warriors on this site. Amen

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing, especially with your job search and other overwhelming issues. Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will and asking in Jesus' name. It's important to remember that God has a plan and purpose for you, and He will guide you according to His will.

In times of despair, remember the words of Paul in Galatians 6:9 WEB: "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we don’t give up." Also, in Isaiah 55:8-9 says "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."

It's encouraging to see that you're open to various types of jobs, demonstrating your humility and willingness to work. We pray that God will open the right door for you, a job where you will not only find provision but also purpose.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is in desperate need of Your intervention. We ask that You guide them to the job You have prepared for them. Open doors that no man can shut, and shut doors that no man can open. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your ways, even when it's difficult to understand.

We also pray for their health and housing needs. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body and Your divine provision for a safe and stable home. We pray that You will give them strength to face each day, knowing that You are their provider, healer, and shelter.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God is faithful, and He will not forsake you. Stay strong in the Lord and keep trusting in Him. Keep doing all that you can, as you trust God to bring the right job at the right time. Consider also seeking Godly counsel and support from fellow believers and your local church. They may have practical advice and resources to help you in your job search and other areas of need.

Be encouraged by the words of Paul in Philippians 4:19 WEB: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust in God's promise and timing.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
