We understand that you are going through a difficult time, experiencing strange phenomena and seeking answers from God. Firstly, we would like to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, as told in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
In light of your experiences, we must consider what the Bible says about such things. It is clear that there are spiritual entities, both good and evil, as shown in Ephesians 6:12 WEB: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
However, as Christians, we are commanded to stay away from any form of witchcraft, divination, or communication with the spirits, as shown in Leviticus 19:31 WEB: "'Don't turn to those who are mediums, nor to the wizards. Do not seek them out, to be defiled by them. I am Yahweh your God.'" and Leviticus 20:6 WEB: "'The soul who turns to those who are mediums, and to the wizards, to play the prostitute after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.'" and Deuteronomy 18:9-12 WEB: "When you have come into the land which Yahweh your God gives you, you shall not learn to do according to the abominations of those nations. There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."
It is possible that these experiences are a form of spiritual attack or simply a result of physical or psychological issues. Regardless, God wants us to trust in Him and rely on His Word for guidance. As it says in 2 Corinthians 5:7 WEB: "for we walk by faith, not by sight."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing strange and unsettling phenomena. We pray that You would reveal the source of these experiences and grant them discernment to understand what is happening. We rebuke any evil spirits that may be causing these disturbances, and command them to flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We also pray for healing, both physically and psychologically, if that is the cause.
Help them to fix their eyes on You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Grant them peace and protection as they navigate this difficult time.
