Father I thank you for forgive Ingram me of the way I treat your temple.I have exposed it to drugs and alcohol.I have abused your temple and ha e not properly Maintained it.Lord I ask for a complete restoration of this temple I ask for healing and create a brand new temple within me create in me a strong new heart,strong HEALTHY BRAIN ORGANS AND IMMUNE SYSTEM FATHER. I ASK THAT YOU GIVE ME WISDOM COMMITMENT. DIScIPLINE to maintain. This temple physically spiritually and emotionally in your name lord Jesus amen

You are our protector. From this day forward and forever more place Your angels of protection around each of us; 24/7, 7 days a week, 366 days per year. Bless and watch over us Lord Jesus. Protect our mind, body, soul, and spirit from all evil, abuse, hurt, harm, and danger. Whatever plans that the evil and wicked has set up for me or my family destroy those plans. Let all their plans to steal, kill, harm, hurt, or destroy never be accomplished. Let their plans blow up in their face and cause them to realize that God protects His Children.
