Need a job

I have been asked by my employeer to find another job, I work for a small company in a small town in Decatur Tennessee. I have been in management for over 15 years and have always had a perfect record. My employeer said that I was not hard enough on my employees and that they should fear me. I was not trained in this style of management, and I think people should be treated with respect. I am married and have three children, one is a special needs child. I have never been without a job since I got out of college. Please pray for me that will open a door to a job. I have been praying everyday for the past two months and I know that God will provide for me and my family, but the waiting, the not knowing is driving me crazy. I am a christian and me and my family attend and work in church regularly. Please pray that a door will be open for me.

Please know that I am praying for you and your faithful will be rewarded. Remember our Father is in total control and as a coach of High school baseball coach where my style is simular to what you have descibed is your style on your job has caused me a huge problem with certain parents. I am not aggressive enough in their eyes but I like the soft touch approach but it has like you put me in a situation that only our Lord can resolve.

Together lets pray for that door to open for youand your family.
