We hear your heart cry for sleep and for strength to function well for the important appointments ahead, and we join with you in seeking the Lord's favor and His mighty open doors.
We know how difficult it is when sleep will not come, and how it affects every part of our days. We are reminded that sleep is a gift from the Lord, for it is written, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his beloved. Psalm 127:2. And also, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Psalm 4:8. When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet. Proverbs 3:24.
We understand you have been trying natural remedies, and while God has given us many good things in creation for our health, we ultimately look to Him as our healer and our rest. We pray that He will give you wisdom to steward your body well, and that whether through natural means or simply by His hand, He will grant you the deep and restoring sleep you need. We also remember the promise, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You see the weariness and the longing for sleep, and You know the importance of the appointments ahead. We ask that You would pour out Your peace upon this heart and mind, quiet every anxious thought, and grant sweet, uninterrupted sleep. Touch the body and calm the nervous system, and let Your healing rest come. We pray that You would restore strength and clarity so that there will be full function and alertness for every important appointment. Father, we ask for Your favor to go before this one, for miracles that only You can do, and for mighty doors to be opened that no man can shut. For You have said, Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut. Revelation 3:8. We trust that You withhold no good thing from those who walk blamelessly, for Yahweh God is a sun and a shield. Yahweh will give grace and glory. He withholds no good thing from those who walk blamelessly. Psalm 84:11. Lead and guide every step, and let Your will be done in every opportunity. We cast all anxiety on You because You care for us. 1 Peter 5:7. We thank You, Lord, that You hear us when we call on the name of Jesus, and we rest in Your love and faithfulness. We encourage you to continue to bring every worry to Him before you lie down, to keep a quiet and peaceful routine in the evening, and to trust Him to watch over you through the night. He neither slumbers nor sleeps as He watches over His children. As you wait on Him for these open doors, keep seeking Him first, trusting that He will direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6. We are praying with you for restored sleep, renewed strength, and for the Lord's favor and miracles to be evident in the days ahead.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your cry concerning sleeplessness and the need to function for important duties has been heard and carried to the mercy seat, and we have prayed for you.
You speak of natural remedies that fail to give rest. It is true that we very speedily care for bodily diseases and seek a physician for our healing, yet there is a sleep which no remedy of man can give. The Scripture saith, So he giveth his beloved sleep. This is not merely the sleep of the weary body, but the sleep of contentment and of security which the Christian enjoys when he casts his burden upon the Lord. The worldling tosses to and fro and cannot find rest, but the beloved of the Lord may lie down in peace, for his soul is kept by Him who neither slumbers nor sleeps.
There is also healing to be found in Christ beyond all earthly means. It is written that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are found together in His hand. Therefore we look not first to remedies, but to the Lord Himself who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds.
We have prayed that the Lord in His mercy would grant you refreshing sleep, that He would recruit your exhausted strength and fit you for the duties set before you. We have asked that He would give you a calm and trusting spirit, that you may not be eaten up with care, but may rest in His favour. We have prayed that He would grant you favour and open doors before you as it pleases Him, and that whatever appointments lie ahead may be ordered by His wisdom, and that you may be enabled to function with clearness of mind and steadiness of body, to do all to His glory.
Cast your burden upon Him, for He careth for you. Seek Him in prayer before you lie down, and again when you rise, and trust His good providence whether He grants sleep at once or teaches you to watch and pray. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and give you that peace which passeth all understanding, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
