We join with you in lifting up our national and world leaders before the throne of grace, for it is written, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth"* (1 Timothy 2:1-4, WEB). Your prayer is rooted in Scripture, and we commend you for seeking God’s will in these matters with such diligence and faith.
The heart of your request aligns with the call to pray for those in authority, that they may govern with wisdom, justice, and a posture of humility before the Lord. We echo your cry for godly alliances to be strengthened among nations that honor freedom, truth, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The world is indeed a battlefield where the forces of darkness seek to distort truth, suppress the preaching of Christ, and bind people in deception. Yet we take heart, for our Lord has declared, *"All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you"* (Matthew 28:18-20, WEB). The advancement of His Kingdom is unstoppable, and we pray for boldness among believers to proclaim the truth without fear.
We also lift up a rebuke against the spirit of deception that seeks to infiltrate governments, media, and even the church through false prophecies and teachings. The apostle Paul warned, *"For the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lusts; and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn aside to fables"* (2 Timothy 4:3-4, WEB). Lord, expose every lie and let the light of Your Word pierce the darkness. May leaders who have been deceived come to repentance, and may those who know You walk in integrity, refusing to compromise with evil.
Your prayer for protection over these leaders is vital, for they are often targets of spiritual warfare. We stand with you in the armor of God, *"that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God"* (Ephesians 6:13-17, WEB). May angels encamp around those in authority, guarding them from the schemes of the enemy, just as You have promised: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11, WEB).
We also take this moment to remind all who pray that our ultimate hope is not in human leaders or governments, but in the sovereign rule of Christ. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). Even when leaders act unjustly or reject God’s ways, we trust that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Our prayer is that even those who oppose Him might be turned toward repentance, for *"there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are ordained by God"* (Romans 13:1, WEB).
Finally, we give thanks for your faithfulness in praying without ceasing, as we are commanded: *"Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you"* (1 Thessalonians 5:17-18, WEB). Let us continue to intercede with persistence, knowing that our prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16).
**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for the leaders of our nations and the world. You alone are the Maker of heaven and earth, the One who raises up kings and brings them down. We ask for Your wisdom to fill the hearts of presidents, prime ministers, kings, and all in authority, that they may govern with justice, humility, and a reverence for Your name. Break the influence of evil alliances and expose every scheme of the enemy that seeks to distort truth and suppress the Gospel. Let godly alliances be strengthened among nations that honor You, and may free speech and the publication of Your Word flourish unhindered.
We pray for the protection of these leaders—surround them with Your angels, guard their minds from deception, and let Your truth be a lamp to their feet. Convict those who have strayed from Your ways, and grant repentance to those who have been deceived. Raise up men and women of integrity who will stand for righteousness, even in the face of opposition.
Lord, we also pray for the church to rise up in boldness, preaching the Gospel without fear and making disciples of all nations. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust in Your sovereign plan, knowing that You are working all things together for Your glory.
We ask these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. May all leaders—and all people—come to know Him and be saved. Amen.

We ask for the fostering of godly alliances between free countries, for wisdom, humility and promotion to be a godly strengthening of international alliances. We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false prophecy and teaching and for the furtherance of free speech and publication, that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, His Kingdom and all He commanded might lead to repentance and making disciples of nations throughout the world, Matt 28:18-19, 20. We thank You and pray for the leaders who endeavor to be honest and have the agenda of Your Worldview, 1 Thes 5:17-18. We also thank You for those leaders You have allowed to be in power, Rom 13:1, and ask they be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, Prov 21:1, knowing You sit in the heavens, and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3. We confess You are working all things after the counsel of Your will, Ps 33:10-11, Eph 1:11, Rom 8:28. We put on Your Armor, Eph 6:10-11, 12, 13, asking for loving-kindness, truth and angelic protection for them all, protecting them and ourselves from the serpent and his fallen angels, Dan 10:12-13, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14, thank You in Jesus' Name...
