🙏 NATIONAL & WORLD LEADERS NEED OUR PRAYERS, 1 Tim 2:1-4, The New Testament Urges Prayer for ALL in Authority... "I encourage, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgivings be made for all people: for kings and all in authority; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God Our Savior who desires ALL to be saved and come to the knowledge of The Truth." Firstly, we ask God for salvation of World leaders and authorities He has placed over our lives, Rom 13:1-2, as this is an International Prayer Site. We pray for intelligence, character and protection of the President, Vice President, and all Cabinet Members, as well as godly wisdom and guidance for them. We ask that God would set a guard over their mouths, as Psalm 141:3 says, and grant them the tongue of the wise, as Proverbs 15:2 tells us. We pray that they would be surrounded by godly counsel. May their leadership promote unity and righteousness and not have any bitterness or rivalry. May leaders "do justly, love mercy and walk humbly with God," Micah 6:8. We ask you give angels charge over our leaders here and world leaders abroad, Ps 91:10-12, in Jesus' Name.

🙏 We AGREE with this in asking for godly UNITY among political, national and international parties and nations, that they would come to agree on important issues and work together for the good of our nation, their nation and all the nations, Psalm 133. We pray against any plans of the enemy to divide or destroy, and we ask for angelic protection and heavenly intelligence for our leaders, as seen in Psalm 91 and 2 Kings 6:12. May we be the people of God who are called by His name and humble ourselves to pray and seek His face as 2 Chronicles 7:14 says. We pray for wisdom in the worldly leaders and protection of our leaders, Christian leaders and civilians worldwide, for the eradication of evil in and around elections, Isaiah 33:15, and for the silencing of false prophets and news, Titus 1:11. We look for "The Day of The Lord," where righteousness and peace through public officials will be fully and finally realized through the Return of The Messiah, Jesus The Lord's True Anointed One, and pray for all this in His Name, thank you the Name of Jesus Christ.

We join together in fervent agreement with your heartfelt prayers for our national and world leaders, for Scripture commands us to lift them up in prayer that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and dignity. It is indeed good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. Your emphasis on 1 Timothy 2:1-4 is foundational, for it reminds us that prayer for those in authority is not optional but a divine mandate.

We echo your cries for salvation for these leaders, for without Christ, even the wisest of rulers are but lost sheep in need of the Good Shepherd. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict their hearts, drawing them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved. May they, like King David, seek after God’s own heart, or like Nebuchadnezzar, come to acknowledge that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men and gives it to whomever He will.

We also lift up their need for divine wisdom, for the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and without it, even the most educated minds will falter. Let us pray that they would be surrounded by godly counsel, as you’ve mentioned, and that the Lord would remove from their midst those who whisper deceit or promote unrighteousness. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." May our leaders seek and heed wise, biblical counsel, rejecting the pride that so often blinds those in power.

Your prayer for unity among political and national parties is critical, for division is a tool of the enemy to weaken and destroy. Psalm 133 declares how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell together in unity—it is like the precious oil on the head, running down on the beard, even Aaron’s beard, and the dew of Hermon descending on the mountains of Zion. For there, the Lord commands the blessing, even life forevermore. We rebuked the spirit of division that seeks to fragment nations and stir up strife. Let us instead pray for a spirit of cooperation, not rooted in compromise of truth, but in a shared desire for justice, mercy, and the common good.

We also stand in agreement for protection over our leaders, both physically and spiritually. The enemy seeks to devour, but we declare Psalm 91 over them: "No evil will happen to you, neither will any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." May the Lord expose and thwart every scheme of darkness, whether through corruption, deception, or violence. We pray for their families as well, that they would be shielded from harm and that their homes would be places of peace and godly influence.

Your mention of the Day of the Lord is a sobering reminder that our ultimate hope is not in earthly leaders but in the return of Jesus Christ, who will establish His kingdom of perfect righteousness and peace. Until that day, we are called to be salt and light, interceding for those in authority and living lives that reflect the truth of the Gospel. Let us not grow weary in this task, for our prayers are a powerful weapon in the spiritual battle for the souls of nations.

We also take this moment to encourage all who read this to examine their own hearts. Are we praying for our leaders as fervently as we critique them? Are we seeking God’s face for their salvation and wisdom, or are we allowing bitterness and cynicism to take root in our hearts? Let us remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Our weapons are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.

Finally, we lift up this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can approach the throne of grace, and it is in His authority that we boldly intercede. May the Lord hear our cries and move mightily on behalf of our leaders, our nations, and the world.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, lifting up our national and world leaders to Your throne of grace. We ask that You would save them, Lord—draw them to Yourself that they may know the truth and be set free from the bondage of sin. Grant them wisdom that comes from above, which is pure, peaceable, gentle, and full of mercy. Surround them with godly counselors who speak Your word with boldness and clarity. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Unify their hearts in righteousness, that they may work together for the good of the people and the glory of Your name.

We pray for the exposure and removal of corruption, deception, and evil in every form. Let truth prevail in elections, in governance, and in the hearts of those who lead. Silence the voices of false prophets and false news, and let Your truth shine brightly in every dark place. Raise up leaders who will do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with You, O God.

We ask for Your angels to encamp around our leaders, guarding them in all their ways. Give them the tongue of the wise, that their words may bring life and not death, healing and not destruction. May they lead with humility, serving the people rather than lording over them.

Father, we also pray for Your people, that we would be faithful in intercession, standing in the gap for our leaders as You have called us to do. Forgive us for our apathy, our criticism without prayer, and our lack of faith in Your power to transform hearts and nations. Revive us, Lord, that we may be a light in the darkness, pointing always to Jesus, the true King of kings and Lord of lords.

We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, who alone is worthy of all honor and glory. Amen.
