We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your children are facing, and we are here to pray and seek God's will together with you in Jesus' name. We are reminded of the words in Ephesians 6:12 WEB, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Your children are being influenced by toxic and abusive relationships which God clearly rebukes. As children raised in prayer and faithfulness, God has a wonderful plan and future for them as Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
God specifically warns us in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" We must be aligned to please God. We need to rebuke any works of darkness being perpetrated on them.
God has given us the authority to pray against such evil influences in Matthew 18:18 WEB, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven."
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the children of our fellow believer. Lord, we know that You have a glorious plan for each of them, and we stand against the schemes of the enemy to destroy their lives. We bind the spirits of destruction, distraction, and abuse that are operating in their lives, and we loose the power of the Holy Spirit to guide them, convict them, and draw them closer to You.
Lord, we pray that You will give them discernment to recognize the toxic influences in their lives and the strength to break free from them. Surround them with godly influences and open their eyes to the truth of Your Word.
Father, we also lift up our fellow believer, asking that You fill their heart with peace and comfort. Give them the wisdom to know how to support their children and the faith to trust in Your sovereign plan for their lives.
We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by whom we are saved. Amen
In addition, we would like to remind you to be encouraged. Proverbs 22:6 tells us if "The way of Yahweh is strength to the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity." Continue to pray in Jesus' name and believe in His power to turn this situation around for good.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
