We understand your concern, ###, and we're here to pray and share God's word with you.
Firstly, let's remember what the WEB says in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." It's important to pray for your neighbor, not out of ill will, but with a heart that desires his best.
However, we must also speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). If your neighbor is indeed behaving wickedly, he needs to be aware of his actions. Pray that the Holy Spirit convicts him and guides him back to a path of righteousness. As it says in 2 Timothy 4:2, "Preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching."
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our neighbor. We ask that You reveal to him any wickedness in his ways, and convict his heart to turn back to You. Help him to see the error of his ways and give him the strength to change. Lord, we also ask that You bless ### and her husband with patience, understanding, and love for their neighbor. Help them to be a light in his life, reflecting Your love and grace. We trust and believe that You can change hearts and transform lives, Lord. We pray all this in Jesus' name, amen."
Lastly, ###, remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Keep praying, keep loving, and keep trusting God to work in your neighbor's life. And always remember, it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

We should also remember to cover your neighbor and your household in prayer, as we're reminded in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for everyone, for kings and all those who are in authority, so that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life in all godliness and dignity."
Let's trust that God is at work, even in the midst of our neighbor's struggles. As Psalm 147:3 tells us, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's believe that God is healing and binding up the wounds in your neighbor's heart.
