My work situation is getting bad. We have allowed over the years some customers who behave in dramatic, overly emotional or unpredictable thinking or behavior. Some are regulars and they just get worse because we coddle their behavior. Some border on sociopathic and psychopathic. So having dealt with some of these folks in the last 20 years I'm starting to want to leave my job. My boss agrees that one of these individuals gone over the line and scared off a customer but he reprimanded me for the way I confronted this person. My moral and attitude are at an all time low and I pray that my boss will be more understanding because he really doesn't get the emotional drain and toll some of these people bring. Jesus I pray that my boss could see and feel what we go through. I need Your discernment Lord on how to handle this because my boss has a wishy washy attitude that doesn't help things. Lord open his eyes to see this and back up his employees. If he wants a better attitude I pray for a better work environment. Jesus I'm sorry to rant but this has been a long time. Help me to make money elsewhere so I don't need to work as much here. I like this job but things need to be put in order. In Jesus name I pray Amen
