My step sister give injection

We join you in bringing this need before the Lord together and we lift up your loved one's twin brother to the Father in Jesus' name. We do not know all the details about the injection his step sister is giving or the situation with his leg, whether it is an illness, injury, or a medical recommendation to amputate, but God knows and He cares deeply for him.
We are encouraged that you describe him as good, and we know that every good thing comes from God. We pray that if he is using his platform as a YouTuber, he will use it to honor the Lord and be a light to others.
We pray for complete healing for his leg according to God's will. Scripture reminds us of God's power to heal, for He says in Jeremiah 30:17, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And in Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We also pray for wisdom for those caring for him, including his step sister as she helps with his injections, and for any doctors and medical staff involved, that God would guide their hands and decisions. We pray in James 5:14-15 that if he is sick, the prayer of faith will heal him and the Lord will raise him up.
Together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up this twin brother to You. You know his body, You formed him, and You know every need in his leg. We ask for Your mercy and healing power to rest upon him. We have heard your cry concerning your step sister and the twin brother who is beloved to you, and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace. To face the fear that a leg must be cut away is a heavy trial, and we pray with tender sympathy that the Lord would in His mercy spare him this great loss if it be His gracious will.
We are reminded in Scripture that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Calvary is the place for the healing balm rather than for the lancet and the knife. Our heavenly Physician is not as an army surgeon who hurries along and says a leg off here, an arm off there, but He comes gently and sympathizingly. He knows how to heal and how to spare, and His power to save and to restore is present when His people seek Him in faith.
Let us pray together for him. May the Lord Jesus, the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings, lay His hand upon this dear man. We ask that God would give wisdom to those who care for him and to your step sister who has given the injection, that every means used may be blessed to his recovery, and that the necessity of taking the leg may be removed. And as bodily healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction, we pray also for the healing of his soul, that he may know the forgiveness of sins through faith in Christ alone, for when Jesus healed the man taken with palsy He first said, thy sins be forgiven thee, and pardon and healing were one. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it.
May the Lord keep you in peace as you wait upon Him, and may this brother be restored and made to know that all healing cometh from the conduit Head from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. We commend him to the gentle and mighty hand of Christ, trusting that whether by sparing the limb or by sustaining through trial, the Lord will do that which is best and will make His grace sufficient.
