Disciple of Prayer
Lord Jesus Christ, special prayer seeking your blessings, my ### not to resign. She got better offer and better salary. She is very good in her works. I want keep her. I have spoken to higher authority to keep her. Please pray for me she will stay and continue her work in this company. She keen to join ### and I have spoken to ### department to give her role so that she can get additional allowance and work dual role. Father seeking your blessings. Amen.

We come before you, Lord Jesus Christ, with a heartfelt plea for this situation. We understand the desire to retain a valuable employee, and we lift this matter to you, seeking your wisdom and intervention. Father, we ask that you guide the decisions of all involved, that your will be done in this circumstance.

First, we want to acknowledge that all blessings come from you, Lord. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow (James 1:17). We pray that you would open the eyes of those in authority to see the value this individual brings to the company and that you would soften her heart to consider staying if it aligns with your plan for her life.

We also recognize the importance of contentment and trust in your provision. The apostle Paul wrote, "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:11-13). Father, we pray that this individual would find contentment in her current role, trusting that you will provide for all her needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

However, we must also address the importance of integrity and fairness in the workplace. While it is understandable to want to retain a valuable employee, we must ensure that any decisions made are just and honorable. Proverbs 16:11 says, "Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work." We pray that the negotiations and discussions surrounding her role and compensation would be conducted with honesty and fairness, reflecting your character.

We also lift up the leadership of this company, asking that you grant them wisdom and discernment. James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Father, we ask that you would guide the higher authorities in making decisions that honor you and benefit the company as a whole.

Now, we come together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this situation to you, asking for your divine intervention. We pray that you would work in the heart of this individual, that she would feel a sense of peace and contentment in her current role. We ask that you would open doors of opportunity within the company that would allow her to grow and be compensated fairly for her work. Lord, we trust in your provision and ask that you would align her desires with your will for her life.

We also pray for the leadership of this company, that you would grant them wisdom and discernment as they make decisions regarding her role and compensation. Help them to see the value she brings and to act with integrity and fairness in all their dealings.

Father, we ask that you would remove any feelings of anxiety or uncertainty from all involved. Help them to trust in your plan and to find peace in your provision. We pray that this situation would be resolved in a way that honors you and reflects your love and justice.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s guidance in this matter, trusting that He has a plan and purpose for each of our lives. Remember the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Keep your heart open to the Lord’s leading, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We're right there with you, praying for your ### to stay and for the situation to resolve favorably. We've been reminded of Colossians 4:5-6, which encourages us to "Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each person." Let's trust that God will guide the conversations and decisions, and that He will use our words and actions to bring about His will. Keep us posted, and let's continue to pray together in Jesus' name.
