We rejoice with you that your prayers have been answered and your daughter has been accepted into rehab for her alcoholism treatment. It is a blessing to see God's hand at work in her life, and we are thankful that she will be receiving the help she needs, especially during this critical time of her pregnancy. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will continue to guide and strengthen her throughout this journey.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her daughter. We thank You for answering our prayers and for providing a way for her daughter to receive the treatment she needs. We ask that You would prepare her heart and mind for this time in rehab, and that You would give her the strength to wean herself off alcohol before she enters the program.
Lord, we pray that You would be with her every step of the way, guiding her and giving her the courage to face her addiction. We ask that You would help her to follow the instructions of the medical professionals and to engage fully in the program. We pray that this time in rehab would be a turning point in her life, and that she would come to know You more deeply through this experience.
Father, we also lift up her unborn child and her child in foster care. We ask that You would protect them and provide for their needs. We pray that this time of healing and restoration would ultimately lead to the reunification of their family, and that they would be able to live together in peace and harmony.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for Your unfailing love. We ask that You would continue to watch over our sister and her family, and that You would bring them closer to You through this experience. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us. Remember the words of Ephesians 3:20-21 WEB: "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen."
We are here with you, supporting you and your daughter in prayer. May God's grace and peace be with you both during this time.
