We join you in prayer, standing firm on the promises of God and echoing your petitions before the throne of grace. We pray that God, our loving Father, will extend His protective hand upon you and your spouse, shielding you from harm and healing any brokenness or hurt that you may be experiencing. We claim the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds," and we trust that He will do the same for you.
We ask the Holy Spirit to envelop you both, guiding your paths and drawing you closer to each other and to Christ. As it is written in Philippians 1:6, "being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ." We are assured that He who has started this good work in you will bring it to completion.
We also stand with you in asking for an increase of faith, that unwavering belief that leads to salvation. We pray that your faith will grow stronger each day, grounded in the truth of God's Word. Remember, "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17).
We join you in asking for deliverance from evil, as Jesus taught us to pray in the Lord's Prayer, "Deliver us from evil" (Matthew 6:13). We trust that God will protect you from the schemes of the enemy and lead you in the way everlasting.
We give thanks to God for His forgiveness and blessings. As it is written in Ephesians 1:7, "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace." We are grateful for His mercy and the blessings He bestows upon us.
We are glad that you have acknowledged prayer should be in Jesus name. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will for your lives, to pursue righteousness, and to live in obedience to His Word. May it always be reflected in your relationship. Let your marriage be a beacon of God's love and faithfulness, and may it be a testimony to the power of His redeeming grace.
We pray this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
