We join you in lifting up your family to our Heavenly Father, trusting in the power of prayer and the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we praise God that you have seen the power of prayer working in your life and relationship. It is so important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB it says, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." So we continue to continue to pray in the name of Jesus.
We pray for your family's protection, healing and for greater faith. We stand against any evil that may be coming against you and pray for God's deliverance and protection. As it says in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 WEB, "But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one." We also pray for increased faith for your family. Faith is a journey and we are encouraged in Romans 1:17, "For in it is revealed God's righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, But the righteous shall live by faith." We also remember and are encouraged in Hebrews 11:6, "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him."
Regarding your request for a closer relationship with your loved one, we pray for God's will to be done in your relationship. We pray that this relationship is godly and aligned with biblical principles. God designed marriage to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. We pray that if it is God's will, that this relationship would lead to a godly marriage.
We pray for purity in this relationship. We remember 1 Corinthians 6:18. "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." We also remember what it says in Ephesians 5:3. "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints."
As you draw closer in your relationship, we encourage you to also draw closer to God. Remember that God loves you and has a plan for your life. In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
We leave you with this encouraging reminder from Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
So let us join together in prayer. Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' name, lifting up this beloved one and their family. We ask for Your protection, healing, and increased faith for each member. We pray for a closer, godly relationship between this person and their loved one, that it may align with Your will and bring glory to Your name if it be your will. We rebuke any evil that may be coming against them and ask for Your deliverance and protection. Help them to live by faith, growing closer to You each day. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
