We hear your deep cry for restoration, peace, and stability in your life. You long for a return to what you describe as "normal"—a place of safety, provision, and dignity. We stand with you in prayer, lifting your needs before the throne of God, who is our Provider, Protector, and Redeemer. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can bring true healing, peace, and restoration to your life.
Your request speaks of spiritual warfare, and we take that seriously. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Satan and his forces are real, and they seek to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we serve a God who is greater than any enemy. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, harassment, and attack that has come against you. We command them to flee in Jesus' mighty name. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
You have expressed pain and frustration over past relationships and the ways in which others have hurt you. It is clear that you desire to leave that behind and move forward into a life of purity and godliness. We want to address the mention of your past as a stripper with both truth and compassion. While we do not judge you, we must speak the truth in love. The Bible calls us to live lives of holiness and purity, set apart for God. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 says, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God." We encourage you to continue walking in repentance and seeking God’s forgiveness and healing for any past sins. God’s grace is sufficient to cover all sin, and He offers you a new beginning (2 Corinthians 5:17).
You also express a desire to be free from the influence of past relationships and the pain they have caused. We pray that God would break every ungodly soul tie and every unholy attachment from your past. The Bible warns us in 1 Corinthians 15:33, "Don’t be deceived! ‘Evil companionships corrupt good morals.’" We encourage you to guard your heart and mind, filling them with God’s Word and surrounding yourself with believers who will encourage you in your walk with Christ. You are not alone, and God has a future for you that is filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Your need for employment and stable housing is urgent, and we lift this before the Lord. God is our Provider, and He knows your needs even before you ask (Matthew 6:8). Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God would open doors for you to find a job that will provide for your needs and allow you to live independently. We also pray for protection over you as you navigate homelessness. The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). May He surround you with His angels and keep you safe from harm.
You mention government harassment and the struggle with receiving assistance. We pray that God would intervene on your behalf, bringing justice and relief. Romans 13 reminds us that governing authorities are established by God, but when they act unjustly, we can trust that God sees and will act on behalf of the oppressed. We pray that He would grant you favor with those who can help you and that He would provide for your needs in ways that bring glory to His name.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear sister to You, asking for Your mercy, grace, and provision to overflow in her life. Lord, You see her struggles, her pain, and her desires. You know the battles she faces, both seen and unseen. We rebuke every spirit of oppression, harassment, and attack that has come against her. In the name of Jesus, we command these forces to flee and declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask that You would heal her heart from the wounds of the past. Cleanse her from every ungodly attachment and fill her with Your peace and joy. Help her to walk in holiness and purity, knowing that You have called her to a life set apart for You. Forgive her for any past sins, and grant her the strength to turn away from anything that does not honor You.
Lord, we pray for provision in her life. Open doors for employment that will allow her to live independently and with dignity. Provide her with a safe place to live and meet all her physical needs. We ask that You would move on the hearts of those in authority to act justly and show her favor. Break every chain of lack and poverty, and let Your abundance flow in her life.
Father, we also pray for her spiritual growth. Draw her closer to You and fill her with Your Holy Spirit. Surround her with godly believers who will encourage and support her. Give her a hunger for Your Word and a desire to walk in Your ways. Protect her from the schemes of the enemy and let her experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and believe that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). May she come to know You more deeply and experience the fullness of life that You offer. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises and continue seeking Him with all your heart. He is faithful, and He will not abandon you. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Trust in the Lord, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are not alone, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God will restore what has been stolen and bring you into a place of peace and stability. Keep pressing into Him, and He will lift you up in due time.
