My name is Anthony and I live in Houston, Texas. Lately I have been having noise issues with my neighbors below me. I am a quite and peacefull person. For the past couple of weeks they have been playing their tv extremely loud to the point where it keeps me up for hours. I have called the police on several occasions but they still continue to disregard my present above them. It has gotten tot he point where I can even been there for the entire day and had to move my bed to the living room but can still hear the noises. Please pray that they will not continue to play their tv really loud at all hours of the night.
